Futurian Systems Colorado has officially launched their new division operating out of Edwards, Colorado. Serving ski resorts such as Breckenridge all the way over to Telluride, Futurian aims to provide audio, video, phone, data, security, and automation services throughout the area.

Our sophisticated design software and the extensive training within this platform allows us the ability to take system design to a new level. Custom Design Process

System Consultation - We will come out to meet with you on-site or wherever it might be convenient to review your plans. A discussion of each room and the overall needs of your system will be discussed while our consultant will make recommendations for your consideration along the way. Extensive notes are collected during this consultation and then relayed to engineering. Depending on the scope of the system, our System Designer may be involved in the initial System Consultation and it should take 1-3 hours of your time.

Discovery - A meeting takes place between our Systems Consultant and System Designer to review all of the notes gathered at the System Consultation. A generalized list of equipment is determined for the best fit and our System Designer goes to work pre-engineering the System Proposal into a First Draft. Additional questions may arise during the Discovery Process and will be compiled to be sent to you upon near completion of the First Draft. Once the list of questions have been answered, the finishing touches are put on the First Draft and sent to the Systems Consultant for a secondary review of the First Draft before your Systems Presentation is scheduled. Depending on the size of the system, this process takes 1-3 weeks.

System Presentation - Your next meeting is scheduled through our Administrator to make a full presentation of the system design. A detailed review of the proposal is made page-by-page to discuss the specifics of each device that has been specified. At this time you will discuss the many options always available with these systems to meet other needs and/or budget. If approval of the system proposal is reached at this meeting, documents will be executed and your deposit will become due. If more changes are necessary, we go back to Discovery.

Project Initialization Procedure (P.I.P) - Once contracted, our Administrator will contact you to coordinate payment and secure all executed documentation if it hasn’t been collected already. At this point our System Designer finalizes the plans for your system which include, but is not limited to, Wiring Schematics, Rack Drawings, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, and Equipment Labels.

Project Kick-Off Meeting - Your project will be scheduled with a Project Kick-Off Meeting that will include the Project Manager and Lead Installer. You will once again review the proposal and discuss the installation and programming that will take place in each room. Discussion will include locations of equipment, desired functionality, and plan of install procedures.
